This place has been a staple in the Holyoke Mall for as long as I can remember (maybe since the mall opened? 35ish years? Sounds right.) They get it right, every single time. The food is always fresh as can be, and it shows! The price is right, and you can enjoy a nice lunch or dinner for two for about $15.
I was always hesitant to try the gyro meat, but once I did, I now have to rotate between the three choices of gyro meat, falafel, and chicken. It is wicked hard to pick just one! But if I had to pick a personal favorite, it would be the chicken.
The staff is friendly as can be, and it feels nice to support a family owned small business. -

It seems every food court has the same old things, so this place was a real treat! My family grabbed lunch here while in Holyoke and were pleasantly surprised.
The biggest issue was the amount of time it took to order and get food. The line was 10 people deep at least and not very fast moving. The two people behind the counter were very pleasant! And when we did get our food it was great! Big portion sizes and lots of flavor.
I ended up eating grape leaves and a Greek salad. Both were delicious! The salad was massive and the dressing was great. I would highly recommend grabbing a bit here if you're looking for someone different and delicious. -

Pretty fresh and authentic Greek food, but somewhat pricey. Awful falafels and service though.
I was surprised to find to a Greek place in a mall. I got a Greek Gyro plate which comes with grape leaves, gyro sandwich, and salad. The pita was soft and fluffy, the gyro was fresh and flavorful. I also ordered a side of falafels but was extremely disappointed by it. They took out four falafels from the fridge and put it in the microwave for a few minutes. It was dry and flavorless - WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE FALAFEL.
I think I paid around $18 for my plate and the falafel side, which is pretty pricey for the amount of food I got...
The service was also not good. The ladies behind the small counter were very impatient with me as I ordered and told me in a very rude manner to move out of the way if I'm not ready to order. I completely understand that they are trying to serve as many customers as possible but I think they could have used a less rude/impatient tone. -

Best of the best! Generous portions, lovely conversation, and always fresh. It really doesn't get better than that. I would absolutely solely drive to the mall just to get a gyro from Greek Place. I think they celebrated over their 20 year anniversary so that speaks for itself!

Who would get middle eastern food in a mall food court? We would, and we have been traveling 60 miles from Framingham for many years now for no other reason than to eat here. By far the tastiest and largest gyro sandwiches we have ever had. The rice and salad that accompany the sandwich when you order a gyro plate are also delicious and very generous. Service is always fast and friendly. Wish the Greek Place was closer to home - we would be eating there three or four times a week.
